Haritha is a Senior Attorney at Venturous Counsel. Haritha has extensive experience representing emerging technology and life sciences companies throughout their life cycles, including initial formation, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also counsels her clients on day-to-day corporate, commercial and operational matters. Haritha has worked at various Boston-area mid and large sized firms, including as an intellectual property litigator. She received her law degree from The George Washington University Law School, and her undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She has been committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion both in and outside of her legal practice through her pro bono and volunteer work. In her spare time she can be found jumping onto the pickleball bandwagon, following recipes to a T, and planning Halloween costumes for her family.
